I am writing today to . . . thank you for attending to this problem [skunk] in an efficient and quick manner. At this point, we appear to have no skunk under our front step . . . I particularly appreciate the fact, as I’m sure the skunk does, that this was a very humane method of removal of this potentially highly odorous problem. No nest was disturbed and no animal was hurt in this removal. All of this was done before the other companies I called even responded to my telephone calls. We had your company insulate our chalet floor and caulk numerous windows. For the first time in twenty years I am now able to luxuriate in bathtub water that stays warm and then step out into a cosy bathroom, previously named “draft city”. The bonus for us will be the anticipated reduced forthcoming energy bills. Ours was the dirtiest and nastiest of jobs, yet your men did the most professional of work. Even under such conditions they toiled with hardly a break until the job was completed. Your quote was by no means the most reasonable but your customer service was excellent, including the friendly girl who arranged the home inspection and the knowledgeable manager who performed the perimeter check.
