As a wildlife control company, it is important to team up with organizations that share the common goal of protecting wildlife. That is why our team at Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control has joined forces with Soper Creek Wildlife Rescue. In some cases, a wildlife rehabber will receive calls about nuisance wildlife. Rehabbers do not have the tools or techniques a wildlife control company has such as heated baby boxes, ladders, thermal cameras or other methods to safely remove wildlife from a home. At Soper Creek, they focus on helping wounded or orphaned animals heal and find a new home in the wild.
Our Skedaddle Durham team is proud to partner with Soper Creek by starting an employee of the month program where we sponsor a baby animal by providing rehab donations to ensure the proper care.
Protecting Wildlife- How You can Contribute
It is important to protect wildlife as it allows for the rest of nature to maintain balance. The term wildlife does not confine itself to mean animals only but, all undomesticated living things. Each element of the group has a particular role to play in the general preservation of all life.
It is best that a homeowner leaves an animal be (even if it appears injured or alone) as their mother or family is usually close by.
