As one of our valued wildlife technicians at Skedaddle, Robert Loudermilk brings a lengthy background in carpentry to the team, having honed his skills on roofs and ladders, mastering both safety and technical skills required to protect homes from future wildlife intrusions. As a proud Maryland resident, Robert appreciates the state’s fairly temperate climate, relishing the experience of all four seasons without the extreme weather challenges found in other parts of the country.
Robert’s journey to Skedaddle was inspired by his franchise owner, Carol, whose dedication to the business was difficult to ignore. He saw an opportunity to merge his love for animals with his career, offering Baltimore residents a humane solution to their wildlife problems. His passion for wildlife and commitment to his work make him an important part of the Skedaddle team.
As one of Baltimore’s wildlife specialists, Daniel Rollins brings over 30 years of sales experience to his role at Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control. A proud Maryland resident, Daniel appreciates the state for its unique blend of nature and urban living, offering the best of both worlds within easy reach. When the opportunity arose for a career shift, he embraced the change in pace to make a meaningful difference in his local community.
Daniel is passionate about helping his neighbors by offering services that provide lifelong peace of mind and alleviate stress for his customers. Carol Shelton, a proud Baltimore native, combines a passion for wildlife with a dedication to her community as the owner of Skedaddle Baltimore. Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, and also graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage. In addition to her experience with a number of Baltimore educational and medical centers, Carol has managed and owned two successful businesses.
Carol enjoys having a direct impact on her local community by providing quick and effective services to home and business owners dealing with wildlife problems. Living in Rosedale, Carol has a deep understanding of the role local wildlife plays in the community and owning and operating Skedaddle Baltimore has allowed her to use this knowledge and experience to help effectively resolve wildlife conflicts for clients. Beyond her professional achievements, Carol actively supports local animal welfare organizations, reinforcing her commitment to harmonious coexistence between people and wildlife.
Dylan Cole is the General Manager of Skedaddle North Atlanta. Growing up in North Atlanta, along the outskirts of the city, Dylan has always appreciated the mix of southern hospitality, vibrant city life, and easy access to nature. With its consistent temperatures and snow-free winters, North Atlanta is a place Dylan has been proud to call home since childhood.
A Navy Veteran, Dylan values the importance of teamwork and is dedicated to providing reliable, long-lasting services to his community. Additionally, as an animal lover, he finds fulfillment in helping wildlife while keeping the homes in his community protected from wildlife damage. At Skedaddle, Dylan appreciates that the company never takes shortcuts and prioritizes the safety of customers, wildlife, and employees above everything else. He is excited to make a positive impact on the community he loves, protecting home and business owners from the damage and risks a wildlife intrusion may pose.
Chris graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later went on to complete a Masters of Accountancy. In 2008, a job opportunity took him from his hometown of Daytona Beach, Florida to Metro Atlanta, Georgia, where he resettled and started his career path as a Certified Public Accountant. Chris immediately fell in love with the city and went on to spend the next decade building a successful career as a senior finance and accounting executive for several technology companies before launching Skedaddle North Atlanta.
An entrepreneur at heart, Chris’ quest to make a meaningful difference close to home led him to Skedaddle. As the owner of Skedaddle North Atlanta, he channels his passion for animals into providing the community with humane and effective wildlife control services, delivered by a team of dedicated local professionals.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris lives in Smyrna alongside his wife and three children, and enjoys spending time outdoors and the occasional round of golf.
Nate Fowler was born and raised in Northwest Florida, before moving to Maryland to be closer to his family. He developed a career in landscape maintenance in residential and commercial properties all over Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. His career in property maintenance helped develop his passion to leave a direct and positive impact on members of his community.
In 2023, with the help of his experience in the landscaping industry, Nate helped launch Skedaddle Maryland as the location’s General Manager. Skedaddle provided the perfect opportunity for him to combine his love of the local wildlife and landscape with his management background, providing property owners with effective and humane solutions to their wildlife conflict.
Matt Sanders launched Skedaddle Minneapolis with long time friend and colleague Brett Robertson. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Matt now lives with his wife and children in a house across the street from his childhood home. He has a passion for the community and is proud to provide home and business owners with humane solutions to their wildlife conflicts.
Matt earned a Bachelors of Science in Physics from Missouri State University in 2005 and later went on to complete a Masters in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2006. After graduation, Matt returned to Minneapolis to begin a decades-long career in supply chain management in the food production industry. Launching a Skedaddle franchise has allowed Matt to fulfill his dream of operating a business that could have a more direct impact in his community. As a local business owner, Matt relies on his decades worth of management experience to provide Skedaddle clients with the highest level of customer service.
Brett Robertson launched Skedaddle Minneapolis with the desire to bring humane wildlife control services to the community he calls home. As a resident of Plymouth, Minnesota, with his wife and two kids, Brett has first hand knowledge of the area and the wildlife that thrive in the city.
Brett graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2006, and before joining Skedaddle spent several years working in corporate America across the Midwest. Becoming a Skedaddle Franchise partner has allowed Brett to put his decades worth of management experience and business knowledge to use helping property owners in Minneapolis with their wildlife challenges. Brett loves the outdoors and is thrilled to deliver unique solutions and high level customer service to clients.
Meet Phil Campbell, a fearless leader with an impressive background that spans over two decades. After graduating from the prestigious US Naval Academy, Phil embarked on a thrilling journey in the Navy, serving in various roles such as firefighter, navigator, and intelligence officer. His commitment to serving his country took him to foreign soil, where he spent nearly ten years honing his skills as an intelligence officer.
In 2016, Phil made a decision to leave the Navy and venture into the healthcare technology industry. Embracing his natural talent for leadership, he excelled in executive positions, leaving a lasting mark on the industry.
In 2023, he found himself drawn to a different calling – wildlife control. Determined to find sustainable solutions to the conflicts between humans and wildlife, Phil opened a new franchise with Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control in Maryland.
David joined Skedaddle after earning his Certification in Automotive Mechanics. While working as a Lead Mechanic in New Zealand and Australia, he traveled throughout Japan, the United Kingdom and Europe. After moving to Canada David worked in the automotive and hospitality industries before joining Skedaddle, where he could combine his love of nature and working outdoors. David is happy to be a part of a close-knit team that is dedicated to helping homeowners and wildlife coexist peacefully. When he’s not at work, you can find David boxing, snowboarding or modifying old Mazda rotary engines.
Kara was born and raised in Waukesha, and has always been an avid animal lover. Over the years, she has had a variety of pets ranging from hamsters, guinea pigs, and hedgehogs, to reptiles such as snakes, salamanders, and lizards. Currently, she has two dogs, two cats, several fish and reptile snakes. Growing up, her first job was at a Humane Society where she had previously spent two years volunteering.
After working there, she left to study abroad where she spent her time in New Zealand at a bible school taking leadership classes for roughly 6 months. Though her work background is in management and retail, she wanted to work for Skedaddle to get back to her passion of caring for animals and wildlife. Being able to help homeowners with humane solutions to their wildlife issues brings her great joy.
When Kara isn’t working, you can find her spending time outdoors doing activities such as hiking, skiing, and running. She enjoys doing half and full marathons. She also loves to spend time with her local family and getting to see her nieces and nephew.
Gage was born and raised in central Wisconsin, and went on to study wildlife and biology at UW Stevens Point for 4 years. There he earned his Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology and Management, graduating in the fall of 2019. He has previously worked in construction and automotive mechanics, though his true passion has always been wildlife. During the summer of 2017, he did some ecological survey work in the Peruvian portion of the Amazon rainforest, studying trees, wildlife, and demographics. He has a firm background in wildlife, and you can often find him spending his free time doing something outdoors.
Neil Loftus was born and raised in Orangeville, Ontario, tying him closely to the community. After a decade in the construction and landscaping industry, Neil joined the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). As part of the armed forces, Neil served in various roles in Ontario and Nova Scotia before returning to his hometown to begin his new career, owning and operating a new Skedaddle franchise.
Neil is an avid fan of Manchester United, the English soccer team. As a dog lover, Neil tries to connect with each one that crosses paths with him. His love for animals extends to a passion for wildlife, which motivated him to bring humane, ethical wildlife removal and exclusion to his hometown of Orangeville and the surrounding communities. His skills, experience and dedication to his hometown prompted Neil to provide his local community with a humane community based service, and become a Skedaddle franchise owner.
Chris Proctor grew up in Orangeville, Ontario. He attended Brock University and graduated with an Honours Degree in Political Science and Environmental Policy. During this time he also began officiating junior hockey in his hometown.
After university, Chris worked in the telecommunications industry for 20 years. Over time, Chris became motivated to take control of his career and begin a new journey by launching his own Skedaddle franchise.
Chris currently lives in Orangeville with his wife and two children. He is an active member of the community and has been involved in Orangeville Minor Hockey as an official, an administrator and now a coach for upwards of 15 years. His experience delivering customer service, interest in wildlife and environmental protection, and dedication to his community make him the perfect candidate to own and operate a Skedaddle franchise.
Noel Erickson is the General Manager of our Victoria, British Columbia location. Noel was born and raised in Saskatoon where he gained a love for nature and environmental conservation. After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Environmental Science, Noel went on to receive his Red Seal in carpentry and opened a construction business in Kelowna, British Columbia. He spent the beginning of his career building net zero homes with the goal of environmental sustainability.
Skedaddle presented the perfect opportunity for Noel to combine his knowledge of working outdoors and wildlife conservation into one business. After working as a technician at our Okanagan location for a year, Noel decided to accept the role as General Manager in Victoria with hopes of expanding humane services to more British Columbia residents. When he is not working, Noel can be found on the slopes skiing, water skiing or in the backcountry hiking with his dog.
Darryl Sangster is a Prairie guy at heart, who has lived in the Okanagan with his three daughters since 2015. Born in Yorkton, SK. Darryl grew up playing hockey and attended Notre Dame in Wilcox, SK. and settled in Saskatoon, SK. to build his professional career and raise his family. Having lived in Saskatchewan for close to 40 years, Darryl’s character and work ethic is that of a hard-working small-town guy.
Darryl has failed more than most and is proud to have those life lessons under his belt. In true Entrepreneur fashion, he understands that success doesn’t come without failures and its those painful failures that formed an integral part of his success today. Throughout the past 20 years, Darryl built a franchise system that incorporated manufacturing, distribution and over 40 retail franchises under the brand Sangster’s Health Centres, and lead the company to achieve the Highest Franchise Award in Canada – the 2009 CFA Award of Excellence.
Behind the scenes, Darryl’s Franchise Business Model was a fully integrated franchise system, incorporating Manufacturing, Distribution, Leasing, Retail and Franchisees. Darryl sold his franchise system in 2017 and started a business called Sangster Franchise Group in 2019 that provides education on franchising and franchise system optimization to Franchisors. In 2020 Darryl partnered up within business to bring Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control into the Okanagan Region, serving the entire Okanagan corridor from Enderby in the North through to Osoyoos in the South.
Darryl is highly regarded as an experienced former franchisor, entrepreneur and mentor within the franchise industry in addition to being an Influencer, Author, Speaker, Coach, Consultant, Tri-Athlete, Pilot and Father to 3 Daughters.
Greg was born and raised in the Northwest Territories (NWT). Greg’s childhood was filled with sports, so naturally, he received his post-secondary in Kinesiology at the Augustana University in Camrose Alberta. Greg came back home to the North where he successfully managed a Hunting and Fishing Lodge where the focus was on Authentic Aboriginal experiences.
For 12 years Greg worked at the Aboriginal Sport Circle of the NWT, it was here he built an organization that is community-focused and driving. To this day there are thousands of community members that have and continue to benefit from new programs and sport structure that is community-based.
Greg left the North and moved his family to Kelowna, BC in 2016 where he was responsible for developing a cultural tourism strategy for the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association and Indigenous Tourism British Columbia. Greg lead the successful bid to host the International Indigenous Tourism Conference in Kelowna November in 2019. It is the largest Indigenous Tourism Conference in the world.
While doing this job, he built and started an Indigenous Tourism Business called Moccasin Trails. This business has grown into an award-winning company, receiving the Tourism Business of the Year award for the All Nations Trust Company. The company is deeply rooted in sharing Indigenous Culture to guests from around the world in a respectful way where Indigenous Protocol is followed.
Greg resides in West Kelowna with his wife Sharon and their two children, Keaton and Presley. They enjoy the outdoors and live an active sports lifestyle in the Okanagan.
I like to spend time with my family, I have 5 children and that is most of my time away from Skedaddle, as for why Skedaddle…I have a sincere love for animals, sometimes more than the human kind. And I also love to fix things so Skedaddle was a perfect fit for me! As for my favourite type of call would have to be raccoons especially the babies can and usually is an adventure when babies are involved.
Tisha joined Skedaddle in September of 2017 as General Manager of both the Toronto and Durham Region locations. Skedaddle’s approach to safety, humane treatment of wildlife and high customer service standards were the motivating factors that led her to change industries. Prior to Skedaddle, Tisha built a career in lawn care service, managing locations in both Ontario and British Columbia. Tisha takes pride in providing homeowners with permanent solutions to their wildlife problems as well as the challenge and unpredictability of working with wildlife.
In her spare time, Tisha enjoys soaking up the sun with her husband and her dogs sitting around the pool. On most weekends you can find her home full of family and friends enjoying cookouts, games and music.
Harley considers himself to be family and community-oriented and is a regular volunteer at Fellowship Pickering Children’s Ministries. With a diploma in Law and Public Safety from Seneca College, Harley chose Skedaddle for their commitment to customer service. Harley is enthusiastic about wildlife while on the job and loves to spend his spare time with his wife and has a passion for woodworking.
Colin attended Fleming College and graduated from the Fish & Wildlife program. He chose a position with Skedaddle as it offered an opportunity to both grow professionally and utilize the skills and knowledge he acquired at college. In his role, Colin has the opportunity to train and mentor new staff as well as share his knowledge about urban wildlife with the public. Colin enjoys being outdoors and working hands-on with wildlife and is also recognized as a Scout Leader for the 1st Newcastle troop.
Alex joins Skedaddle as the company’s first franchise owner in British Columbia. After graduating from the University of Guelph with a degree in Wildlife Biology & Conservation, Alex earned his Masters of Science of Forestry from Lakehead University. With the opportunity to work with wildlife Alex took a job in forestry working in remote areas across British Columbia. Alex most recently spent time working for Environment & Climate Change Canada.
His passion and love of wildlife led him to join Skedaddle to provide families across the Tri-cities with a humane approach to wildlife control. In his spare time, Alex enjoys playing board games with friends and family, playing sports and also dabbles in some wildlife photography.
Clayton joined Skedaddle after spending over 10 years as a produce and store manager for a national grocery chain. Clayton made the switch to Skedaddle for the opportunity to work outdoors and take on a new challenge. He enjoys being able to help and inform home and business owners with their pest control needs. When he’s not working or spending time with family Clayton loves to be on the lake with a fishing rod in hand.
Brad joined Skedaddle in 2018 after more than 8 years in the hospitality industry. Working in restaurants taught him the importance of teamwork, good communication skills and customer service. Brad brings a love of wildlife to his role and also has a background in carpentry, welding and automotive. Brad’s favourite part of the job is successfully reuniting mother raccoons with their babies after removal. His most memorable call, however, was the discovery and humane removal of a mother fox and her 6 pups from under a shed.
Daniel grew up in St-Lazare and studied Creative Arts and Languages John Abbott College. Fluent in both English and French, Daniel developed his strong customer service skills after working many years in multiple roles in automotive dealerships on the West Island. Here at Skedaddle he enjoys working outdoors and the excitement that comes from working with wildlife.
Born and raised in Dalton, Moriah has always been interested in the outdoors and wildlife. She spent much of her youth outside between being a 4-H member, helping her dad build things, or exploring her neighborhood. Her love for nature blossomed throughout her childhood and led her to attend the University of Wisconsin – Madison for science-based studies. While attending university, she volunteered for the UW Urban Canid Project, where she learned useful field and interpersonal skills.
Moriah graduated in the fall of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology and a Certificate in Environmental Studies. Following graduation, she joined Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control in Milwaukee. She loves that each day presents different challenges that allow her to sharpen her skills.
In her free time, Moriah enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and kayaking. She also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places.
Chris was born and raised in Waukesha and has been working with and studying wildlife for much of his life. He earned an Associate’s of Science degree with a major in Wildlife Management from Vermilion Community College in Ely, MN in 2006. During his time in Ely, he gained practical experience as a volunteer at the International Wolf Center.
Chris then returned to Wisconsin to complete a Bachelor’s of Science with a major in Wildlife Ecology-Research and Management and a minor in Captive Wildlife from The University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point (UWSP). He gained more hands-on experience at The Wildlife In Need Center in Oconomowoc where he worked as an intern during the summer of 2008.
After graduation, Chris worked for 8 years as a Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator for the Wisconsin Humane Society. Chris’ education and professional experience have given him a strong understanding of wildlife behavior and biology. He brings this skill and knowledge to work every day in his role at Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control.
On his off days, he enjoys all things outdoors, including camping, fishing, and hiking.
Marcus is the owner and operator of Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control – Milwaukee. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Marcus combines the academic training (M.S. Wildlife Biology, UW Madison) with the field training and skills to be successful in resolving wildlife conflict for home and business owners.
Part of this field experience was working as an intern at a local wildlife rehabilitation center where Marcus interacted with Milwaukee residents experiencing conflict with wildlife on a daily basis. These interactions pushed Marcus to bring these needed services to Milwaukee and officially launch Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control – Milwaukee!
James spent most of his life in the UK before moving to Canada and has experience working in both education and IT before trying his hand at humane wildlife control.
He is passionate and enthusiastic about helping homeowners get some piece of mind with their wildlife issues. During his personal time he enjoys playing soccer with his son and daughter and is a fan of London’s Arsenal F.C.
Joseph’s love for wildlife and the outdoors lead him to Fleming College’s Fish and Wildlife Technician program. After graduation from the program in 2014, Joseph gained construction experience by working on numerous roofing, framing, and decorative concrete projects. Joseph combines his wildlife knowledge and construction background to help him keep his client’s home’s free of unwanted visitors.
His most interesting experience on the job with Skedaddle was successfully removing coyote pups by hand from below a client’s shed. He was also able to show excellent patience and nerve to avoid being sprayed when rescuing an adult skunk by hand that had fallen into a window well and become stuck.
In his free time, Joseph loves fishing, reptiles, and paintball.
Ben was born in Newfoundland but grew up in Ontario. He graduated from Fleming College’s Fish and Wildlife program before joining Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control. Ben loves spending time outdoors and regularly goes canoeing and camping.
Born and raised in Montreal, Anthony graduated from Vanier College’s Environmental and Wildlife Management program in 2015 and joined the Skedaddle team later that year. During his studies he completed volunteer work and internships at McGill University’s MacDonald campus.
Bill Dowd is the Founder, President, and CEO of Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control. He established Skedaddle in 1989, recognizing the need for professional urban wildlife focusing on humane removal methods. Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control have since had over 200,000 wildlife removals and exclusions with environment-friendly, poison-free methods since day one. Bill obtained his B.PhEd., from Brock University while playing varsity hockey. Bill also played hockey for the Ottawa 67’s and was drafted by the then Stanley Cup Champion New York Islanders. Bill has grown Skedaddle to the largest urban wildlife control company in Canada which currently services over 75 municipalities in Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia. Bill has also been a guest speaker for many municipalities and educational institutions on urban wildlife.
Chris Stevens joined the Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control team in 2011 and has been a valuable asset ever since. He enjoys solving wildlife conflicts and finds the work extremely rewarding and exciting. His love of rock climbing is an asset while working on roofs and at heights. Chris is also a volunteer firefighter/paramedic and holds a diploma in Outdoor Recreation and Firefighting. In his spare time, he enjoys working outdoors and being hands-on with wildlife.
Growing up in St. George Ontario, Brandon Crawford was raised with an appreciation of the natural world and a passion to help preserve it. He went through all levels of scouting in his youth and received the Chief Scout Award after completing ventures. Co-Directed underprivileged day camps at Five Oaks, while overseeing the nature programs. Brandon graduated from St. John’s College and proceeded to Sir Sanford Fleming where he graduated in 1999.
Brandon has been part of the Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control team since 2002. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of the wildlife business, and the unique line of work it brings.
Brandon’s excellent knowledge for housing construction, plumbing, heating and maintenance has proven to be an asset when managing large residential and commercial projects. He also has extensive training and experience in attic restoration and insulation Installation, backed by certified Ontario Energy Audit training. He has ladder and roof safety training with full fall restraint certification as well as being certified train employees in the use and maintenance of personal respirators and related safety equipment. He is fully certified and licensed for boom lift operation for small to 125ft lifts.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two young boys, while boating, camping, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, scuba diving, traveling, renovation construction and reading.
Corey Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control. Corey started as a technician in 1999 and has progressed through the ranks to Director of Technical Services. Corey has served on the Board of Environment Hamilton and as a Natural Environment Advisor for the Region of Niagara’s Water Quality Protection Strategy. He was a recipient of the Dr. Victor Cecilioni “Environmentalist of the Year Award” in 2001 and the “National Wildlife Technician of the Year” Award in 2001/2002. He is also a member of the Hamilton Naturalists’ Club and the Ontario Field Ornithologists. Corey holds a diploma in Fish & Wildlife Technology from Sir Sandford Fleming College.
Chris Grabas obtained his DEC in Industrial Electronics 2003 from Vanier College, and his DEC in Environmental & Wildlife Management (formerly Ecological Technology) from Vanier College 2007. He has been a National Canadian Soccer Referee since 2010, won the 2010 Referee Builder Award for Bourassa Region.
Dillon received diplomas in both Fish and Wildlife Technology and Forestry at Sir Sanford Fleming College. He loves being outdoors and working with animals so being a Wildlife Technician with Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control is a perfect fit for him. Dillon is also an avid angler who enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Keith first graduated from Northern College as a Veterinary Technician in 2002 and then in 2006, as a Veterinary Wildlife Technologist. Keith’s passion for protecting animals has led him to work at the Temiskaming Wildlife Center, the Shepreth Wildlife Sanctuary and the Muskoka Wildlife Center before joining Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control in 2011.
Keith and Skedaddle have something in common; we both want to help wildlife and people live in harmony with each other and want to provide the public with the education needed for this to happen.
Ryan began with the company as a summer student in 2002. He has a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA from Brock University. He spent a semester at the European Business School in Germany and has completed internships with the Ontario Ministry of Finance and Canadian Tire Corporation. Ryan began managing the Montreal area operations in 2011. In 2013, Ryan returned to the Hamilton corporate office to assist with the company’s current expansion efforts across Canada and the USA. He brings experience in marketing and a focus on customer service to his position as Regional Supervisor and Marketing
Karl Williams earned a Fish and Wildlife Technician diploma from the College of the North Atlantic in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, and brings a wealth of wildlife knowledge to the team.
Andrew Wheelock holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Allison University and completed post graduate studies in Environmental Biology at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College. He began his career in 1995 as a Field Technician for Weed Man Lawn in Halifax. Andrew would go on to manage and hold shares in six Weed Man franchises throughout the Maritimes. Andrew is a husband and father of two young children.
