Response to COVID-19

The safety of our clients, technicians and office staff is our number one priority. We would like to assure you that we take the challenge surrounding COVID-19 very seriously and we have taken steps to strengthen our safety protocols to limit the spread of the virus.

The services we provide have been deemed essential by the governments of the jurisdictions in which we operate. As such, we will continue providing families with safe and reliable humane wildlife and pest control services for the foreseeable future.

Below are a few things you should know about our services as we face this challenge:

• We are doing all we can to limit the need for inside service at this time. Fortunately, much of the work necessary to remove and prevent wildlife from entering your home can be performed on the exterior.
• When interior access is necessary, we will be wearing gloves and a respirator or dust mask and we will be doing all we can to maintain proper social distancing (6 feet apart). Additionally, all technicians are equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) including masks, respirators, gloves, etc., that can be used when an inside visit is unavoidable. If you have recently returned from travel outside the country, have come into contact with someone who has been diagnosed or is thought to have COVID-19, or are showing any symptoms yourself please be sure to let our customer service representatives know so that we may plan accordingly.
• We have instructed all of our employees to follow the recommendations of public health officials and stepped up measures to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of our service vehicles and equipment. Any of our staff members who are sick have been asked to stay home.
