How We Help Animals

We don't use traps that can harm animals, nor do we use poison or any other inhumane removal method. The first thing we do when we come to your property is to perform an inspection to determine what animal is present, how it got in, and where it is hiding. Whenever possible, we use specialized techniques to get adult animals to leave on their own. Most of the time, when wild animals get into human homes, it is because they need a safe, warm place to raise their babies. During our inspection, we look for babies, and if we find any, we remove them by hand. Baby animals are usually dependent on their mothers, so we don't separate the mothers from the babies. Instead, we put the babies in a heated box outside where the mother can find them. Mother animals often have multiple den sites in the same vicinity, so when one becomes unavailable, they can move their babies to another one. All animals have an important role to play in their environment, such as providing food for other animals. The human activity that interferes with these roles could have serious environmental repercussions. By protecting the animals and returning them to their natural habitat, we help to preserve the balance, thus protecting the entire ecosystem. We never relocate the animals to an unfamiliar area because we know that many of them will not survive. We just put them outside and prevent them from coming back in; where they go after that is up to them.

How We Help You

When animals make nests or dens in your home, they can cause a lot of damage. The second step of our process, after assessing and removing, is cleaning and clearing where the animals have been. Animal excrement can contain dangerous pathogens; cleaning it up without proper protection can put you at risk. We clean up the animals' excrement while keeping you safe from exposure. With services such as attic restoration, we can address the damage that the animals have caused to your property. During our assess and remove process, we look for the point where the animals got into the house, but we also look for any other potential entry points that animals could use to get in either now or in the future. The final step in our process, prevent and protect, involves sealing all these points to prevent future animal intrusions. Unlike most do-it-yourself wildlife removal methods, this is a long-term solution that benefits you and has no ill effects on the animals. Our services don't stop at wildlife removal. During the winter, we offer full-service holiday light installation. Winter is our slow season as many wild animals hibernate at this time of the year. We use our training in ladder and roof safety to put up your holiday light display for you and then take them down once the season is over.
